All orders are custom made and therefore not available for refund if there is any change of mind. If your order has not yet been printed we may be able to exchange for another item on our website. 

Each collection has listed below the turn around times for orders as well as other important information, please note turn around time may vary from time to time during busier periods but we will let you know as these times occur via our website.

Please note that colours via our website may be slightly different to the printed product.  

For all orders we will send you a copy of the design prior to printing. Once you have proofed and approved the files sent we will go ahead to print within the time frame listed on your product collection. Once these files have been approved by yourself any amendments made after approval are not held responsible by Miss Coco Designs. If your item is not yet printed we can make these changes however once the product has been printed there will be an additional cost to have this reprinted. 

You are welcome to simply just print your design with us if you have one already designed, email us at info@misscocodesigns.com.au with the details and file attached and we will be able to provide a quote. Please note with this service we do require the files to be set up in the correct format of size of the product in PDF format and also with the correct crop/bleed marks as required.  If the products aren't set up correctly this will delay the process time to get printed. 

 

Invitations 

Our invitations are printed on either a crisp white smooth 300GSM paper stock or a cream textured/linen 270GSM. Both of these can be coloured with a backing to make your order more customised, if you would like a solid coloured paper we can speciality order these in at an additional cost. But please reach out to us prior to placing your order to advise the further details of total cost and the total time length of production as this will take a longer period of time. 

We allow up to 3 changes on these designs without any charge. This may be colour change, font change, or position change. Any more then 3 changes that you would like to make to this design will cost an additional $20 per change. 

Please allow a 3-7 business day turn around time from once your design is approved. 

 

On Day Stationery 

Our finer details are printed on either a crisp white smooth 300GSM paper stock or a cream textured/linen 270GSM. Seating Charts/Welcome Signs

All our Seating charts/Welcome signs are made on 5mm foam board, these are A1 in size (594mmx841mm) which we find comfortably holds 140 guest (for your seating chart). With a number larger than 140 guest we recommend going up to A0 in size (841mm x 1180mm). 

We allow up to 3 changes on these designs without any charge. This may be colour change, font change, or position change. Any more then 3 changes that you would like to make to this design will cost an additional $20 per change. 

Whilst this is a sturdy material please keep in mind any large amount of pressure can dent the product in which Miss Coco Designs will not be liable for once have left our premises.

Please allow a turn around time of 5-7 business days from once your design is approved. 

 

Acrylic

All our acrylic products are 3mm and made as custom orders. For these products please allow 5-7 business days from once your design is approved for these to go through production.

All acrylic products will have a plastic/paper overlay on the item to help product them during transport. Please peel this off to see your finished product. No hard chemicals should be used to clean your acrylic just some warm water and soap.

 

BABY

Our bespoke baby items are made on a mix of 3mm acrylic and 3mm plywood. Whilst plywood is a beautiful product to work with please note each design will have a slightly different finish as each piece is a natural material and has different grains. These are the perfect gift for that new mum to be and are available as a quick purchase with 2-4 business day turn around from once your design is approved. 

 

Christmas

Our bespoke Christmas items are the perfect addition to finish off your Christmas shopping and decorating. Made on 3mm acrylic in a range of colours to fit almost any Christmas theme they will be sure to add that little bit of extra joy. 

Please allow a turn around time of 3-5 business days from once your design is approved. For last minute orders within the week of Christmas please send us an email prior to your order so we can ensure we can cater to the cut off period.
